Program Title: South-Central Community Heat Pump Deployment Program (CHPDP)

Program Administrators: Lake County Resources Initiative, in partnership with Oregon Department of Energy

Program Dates: Beings Fall 2023, Ends Fall 2025 or when funding is no longer available

Communities Served: Klamath and Lake Counties

Program Details: We are pleased to announce that Lake County Resources Initiative is partnering with Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) to administer their Community Heat Pump Deployment Program to residents of Lake and Klamath Counties. This program allows us to distribute No-Cost Heat Pumps Technologies to residents in need of more efficient heating/cooling in their homes.

In this program, LCRI will utilize a system in which clients who are in more dire situations are given the opportunity to receive assistance first. We are partnered with Klamath Lake Community Action Services (KLCAS) and Oregon Human Development Corporation (OHDC) on this program as well.

There are no restrictions as to what utility you use, and if you are interested in learning more or would like to be considered for a No-Cost DHP please contact LCRI at (541) 947-5461 or energy.programs@lcri.org and we can perform an over-the-phone intake with you to learn more about your situation and needs.
